Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Principal Management / Non-field Sales Operation

3+ years' of relevant work experience

Specific Knowledge/Skill = Planning Skill, Organization Skill, Analytical Skill, leadership skill

Business understanding = Trade Marketing, demand planning, market landscape

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing, and executing new strategies.

Support and co-lead the Joint Business Plan process with the Principal

Identify and share multichannel opportunities with principals to help principal create plans across channels

Enable excellent execution of deployed activities, monitoring, and review (Principal lense)

Protect and Improve Principal P&L by ensuring operation and execution excellence with required support from the Principal
